The former Freccia Rossa starts again with My Credit. The center Sold for 16.4 million

BRESCIA. It will no longer be called Freccia Rossa. And it will no longer be a shopping centre. MyCredit's goal is to create an international attraction and service hub in Brescia, focusing on the city's cultural and tourist appeal. Yesterday, the auction took place in Milan as part of the bankruptcy proceedings of Freccia Rossa Shopping Centre spa, and the group led by Mirko Tramontano, through its subsidiary Horus srl, was awarded “Lot number 1”, i.e. the property used as a shopping centre (120 shops, restaurant area, multiplex cinema) for €16.4 million. This award follows that of last June (Lot 2) for the property that houses the Virgin Active gym.
