The activity is structured around four main operational lines:

  • Structuring of securitization operations with social impact;
  • Refinancing of deserving debtors, supporting economic and entrepreneurial continuity;
  • Selective valorization of real estate assets in distress situations.

Our story: an evolution rooted in the territory and society.

The goal is to respond to an increasingly evident need: rebuilding a bridge between the financial sector and the real economy, a gap that emerged strongly following the 2008 crisis. Since its foundation, the company has distinguished itself for an innovative and concrete approach, aimed at offering sustainable solutions to families and businesses in difficulty, overcoming traditional logics of pure disposal or speculation. A method based on direct knowledge of local markets, the quality of the underlying real estate and an ethical approach to managing debt positions has been adopted. With the growth of volumes and the increasing complexity of the market, the company has progressively integrated advanced finance tools, up to structuring securitization operations and developing a proprietary model, based on selective analysis, active management and advanced use of financial instruments.

This model, which today represents the distinctive feature of the company, has made it possible to build high value-added operations, with a positive and measurable impact on the real economy.
