MyCredit entrusts Borgosesia with the relaunch of the Freccia Rossa

Borgosesia has signed a partnership agreement aimed at enhancing a real estate development portfolio with a total prospective value of approximately €145 million owned by the MyCredit group, an investor in the credit and real estate asset management and enhancement sector based in Brescia. The agreement provides for Borgosesia's involvement, in synergy with MyCredit, in all phases of the asset enhancement process, from taking charge of the properties to defining the operational strategies for their transformation and reintroduction onto the market. This is a significant aspect because this agreement closely affects our province and represents a sort of springboard for a property that has been at the centre of public debate for several months. Suffice it to say that most of the properties covered by the agreement between Borgosesia and MyCredit are located in the Brescia area (with an estimated value of around €100 million), including the Freccia Rossa property complex between Via Togni and Via Folonari in the city.
