MY Credit takes over the Freccia Rossa centre

My Credit, under the leadership of CEO Mirko Tramontano, has finalised the acquisition of the former Freccia Rossa Shopping Centre in Brescia, marking an important milestone in the real estate sector. This transaction follows the acquisition of the Virgin Active “lot”, part of a complex redevelopment project that is part of a wider regeneration operation. The acquisition was completed with the support of Andersen, which acted as legal and financial advisor, playing a key role in due diligence, securitisation and negotiation. Over two years of negotiations The Freccia Rossa award was the result of a process that began more than two years ago, in 2022. Andersen, with a multidisciplinary team of lawyers and accountants coordinated by Andrea Ferrandi, provided assistance at all crucial stages. The process began with participation in the bid to purchase the shareholdings and financial receivables linked to Freccia Rossa, as part of the renegotiation of the restructuring plan pursuant to Article 182 bis of the Bankruptcy Law, dating back to 2019.
