My Credit finalizes a capital increase of 3 million euros and appoints the new Board of Directors

My Credit has completed its share capital increase by an additional €3 million, with the entry of new major partners including private individuals, companies and international investors. On 7 July, the shareholders' meeting also appointed the new Board of Directors, reconfirming Mirko Tramontano and Dario Bettinelli as Managing Directors and Andrea Cavaliere as Director. Mirko Tramontano stated: ‘My Credit's innovative method continues to attract the interest of investors, also following the excellent results achieved. In the coming months, we expect to see an increase in the volume of investments and the acquisition and management of increasingly large portfolios’.
