Capital with My Credit for the acquisition of an NPL portfolio from BCC Centropadana

Milan, 4 February 2021 – Balbec Capital LP, a private investment company operating on a global scale, has acquired a portfolio of NPL loans with a GBV value of €5,200,000.00 from BCC Centropadana through its securitisation vehicle Duomo SPV. The portfolio, consisting mainly of secured loans with underlying real estate, will be managed entirely by My Credit SpA, a company specialising in the valuation of NPL and UTP assets and portfolios, through a management method based on territoriality (over 1,100 brokers active in Italy) and the ability to bridge the gap between the financial and real estate worlds. Banca Finint has been chosen as the master servicer for the portfolio.
