Balbec Capital with the support of My Credit purchases portfolios from Unipol, Cassapadana and Centropadana for 7 million euros

My Credit will manage the portfolios as special servicer Milan, 8 September 2021 – ‘Andromeda’ is the name given to the transaction that led to the acquisition of three NPL portfolios by Balbec Capital LP, a private investment company operating on a global scale. My Credit S.p.A., a company specialising in the valuation of NPL and UTP assets and portfolios, not only coordinated the origination of the transaction but will also manage the portfolios as special servicer, using its method based on territoriality and its ability to bridge the gap between the financial and real estate worlds. Banca Finint was chosen as the master servicer for the transaction. The three portfolios, mainly secured by residential real estate, have a total GBV value of €7 million.
