A trio of acquisitions for Blu Hotels: the chain lands in Pinzolo and Peschiera

Three acquisitions. From 2020 to date, the group has invested almost €50 million. Restyling of facilities, but also acquisitions: three were made in the last months of 2024. Of particular note is the €8 million purchase of the 4-star Golf Hotel in Folgaria, which the group has been managing for 20 years, an asset divested by the Marangoni family of Trento. The property (93 rooms to be renovated) is frequented in summer by guests who are passionate about golf and walking, while in winter it is ideal for skiing, being located directly on the slopes. The second transaction concerns the nine-year plus nine-year management contract for the Vision Hotel in Peschiera del Garda, a recently built 4-star superior boutique hotel. The property is characterised by the use of ecological systems that are fully in line with the philosophy of Blu Collection, created four years ago to bring together unique and designer hotels. The third transaction is in Pinzolo. Blu Hotels has signed a 9-year lease agreement for the Beverly Alps Hotel & Spa. The property was recently purchased by Next Hotel, part of the Brescia-based MyCredit group. The Beverly Alps – famous for hosting the training camps of many Serie A football teams – has 41 rooms (standard and superior) and 6 suites.
